Drymades village is located between major cities such as Vlora and Himara, facilitating access to urban areas, but it is also close to the Vlora, Himara and Saranda harbors. Drymades area is known as one of the areas with rare natural beauty displaying a unique combination of mountain and sea, and where the four seasons reveal their colors. VILLA UNUS are fully detached with a total built surface of 163 m2 and with a land surface that begins from 250m2 to 350 m2. Villa is organized in 2 floors:

First floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, balcony

VILLA GEMINA are semidetached with a total built surface 153 m2 and with a land surface that begins from 250m2 to 350 m2. Villa is organized in 2 floors:

Ground floor: where are positioned the living area, the kitchen and the dining area, 1 bathroom and the veranda
First floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, balcony

APARTMENTS are in a three floor building with two apartments per floor. They are organized with two bedrooms and 1 bathroom & balcony, with built surface of 90 m2. Only the first floor apartment has also the land with a surface that begins from 350m2 to 450m2.

All Villas and Apartments have full sea view.

Besides Albanians that have bought these luxury villas, our clientele is also international as Polish, French, English, and Italians etc.

All proprieties are free hold and have free parking with their own garden. All residence will be fully managed and secured for a fee of 800 Euro per Year.

The works are to complete by summer next year. Currently we are in phase of electrical installations. All heating and cooling systems will be international brand, included and installed by developer.

We have payment options in stages/instalments in accordance with the works with 10% left for the handover with ownership deeds.
